The whipped up Double Cream and then the adding of Creme Fraiche - 300ml from both - with the addition of 20 Dessert Spoons of water - partially sweet coffee - caused the cream's too curdle and so I emptied it - into a big saucepan and then whipped up 600ml of Double Cream in my Kenwood Food Mixer - and added a additional 300ml of Creme Fraiche to the curdled mix - and so I gently mixed it together in the end - very gently - with the whipping attachment to my electric mains Kenwood Food Mixer.

  2. 600 ml Creme Fraiche
  3. About 230g Galaxy Milk Chocolate,I only used 110g
  4. 4 Dessert Spoons of Coffee Granules
  5. 20 Dessert Spoons of Granulated Sugar

  1. Infuse coffee granules into - no more than 70 Dessert Spoons of boiling hot water from the Kettle,infuse sugar in and melt chocolate in.Let cool.
