Sprinkle 1/2 tspoon cooking oil at the edges and cook on high flame till it starts turning golden and sides come off. Release the edges, turn the dosa over and cook from other side too till crispy.
  6. Remove in a serving plate and present immediately with a green chutney made of fresh coconut+ green chilli+ginger+ corinader leaves+ tamarind+roasted gram+ salt+ curry leaves and garlic. Enjoy the delicious dosa with a cup of hot filter coffee!
