- Take it in a bowl add oil green chili, ginger paste, salt haldi mix very well add curd and mix it.
- Add flour as required to knead the dough.
- If lauki is juicy you will need a little more flour.

Take a pan, add oil add mustard seed kadhi patta dry red Mirchi, and sesame seeds for tadka. - Also, add hing and steamed muthiyas.
Stir them and cook for 5 mins on slow flame then add coriander and grated coconut for garnish.
