  1. Wash & sook the rice for half an hour.
  2. Heat the ghee and fried the jackfruit and remove in the plat.
  3. In a pot,add water will be doubled with rice and add cloves,some royal cumin seeds, cardamom,2 bay leaf.when the rice half cook drain the rice & remove all spices.
  4. Now heat the ghee and add cumin,bay leaf 10 sec. After add onion fried till golden.
  5. Now add ginger,garlic paste,all dry spices,then shuffled curd mix.nowadd jackfruit,salt,Biryani,garam masala 1 min after add some water & cook 5 min.
  6. Now remove some veggies & spread a second layer of rice,now spread a 3rd layer of veggies then spread the last layer rice.
  7. Now leave it an a slow flam for 15 min.turn off the gas Biryani is ready.
  8. Now add cashew,mint & coriander leaf.serve it with raita.
