- Steam the dhoklas for ten minutes on medium high flame.
- Once done spread one spoon oil one the dhokla.this helps to avoid the dhoklas to dry when it cools.Cut into desired shape.
- Now tempering time.take oil in tadka pan.add mustard seeds,Curry leaves,hing and spread evenly over the dhokla.Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve with coriander mint chutney or sauce.
