  1. Boil mutton /chicken pieces 1whistle on high snd 20 mins on sim with 1/2tsp salt,red chilli powder,1tsp ginger garlic paste and 1/4th tsp garam masala.
  2. In kadai, put oil.
  3. Add tej patta and ginger garlic paste.saute till pink.
  4. Now put chicken /mutton pieces.fry on high till golden and crisp.
  5. Now put all the eggs 1 by 1 with all the spices and green chillies.
  6. Toss properly and crumble the eggs nicely in small pieces.
  7. Finally add rice.Again toss gently.
  8. Serve hot with mint coriander chutney and onions
