  1. Rice wash kar k 1 hr k liye bhigo den.
  2. Tomato, onion, lehson, Adrak, green chilli ko grind kar k paste bana len.
  3. Beef saaf kar k pieces bana lene.
  4. Ik pateelay me Oil le kr us me sliced onion and adrak ko golden brown kar k alag rakh den.
  5. Usi pateelay me tomato onion paste add kar k bhunain.
  6. Phir isme sabut garm masala add karen.Elaichi ko torh len ta k iska sahi taste shamil ho.
  7. Phir isme dahi add karen aur masala bhunain.
  8. Phir isme badbaan phool (Biryani ka phool) ka powder add karen.
  9. Phir isme beef and salt add kar k pateelay ka dhakkan laga kr pakayen.Jab gosht ka pani dry hone lage aur gosht narm ho jaye to alu add karen.
  10. Aalu ko kat kar pehle he namak k pani me bhigo len.
  11. Phir pateelay me add karen.thora pani b add karen ta k aalu gal jayen.hamara biryani ka masala ready hai.
  12. Rice boil kar k masalay me iski teh lagayen.
  13. Kehwrhay me food color add kar k chawalon me dalen aur upar se brown onion n ginger, podeenay,tamatar,lemon ki layer bana kr 10 - 15 min dam pe rakh den.
