- Wash And soak rice and lentil for 3-4 hrs. Take a grinder add soaked rice-lentil, ginger, green chillies, curd and grind it in smooth batter.
- Add salt mix thoroughly with the help of whisker or hand. Once the batter get little fluffy add onion, carrot, capsicum and whatever Ur kid like the veggies. Mix it.
- Give a rest of 10-15. Mix it again. Take a nonstick pan on low flame, add oil as required spread it with wet cloth or tissue.
- Drop small small portion of batter on hot pan. Sprinkle chat masala and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves on it.
- Once the pan side is done flap the Uttapam on other side. In 1 minutes the Uttapam is done from both the sides.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup or coconut Chutney.
