Hariyali Veg Biryani is very tasty & Healthy rice full of multi nutrients.
Ingredients and spices that need to be Prepare to make Hariyali Veg Biryani:
- 1 Cup Soaked Basmati rice
- 1 tsp Ghee
- 1 tsp salt
- For Vegetables :-
- 1/4 cup Broccoli
- 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
- 1/2 cup peas
- 2 tbsp French beans Julian cut
- 2 tbsp chopped spring onion's green part
- For green puree :-
- 1 palak chopped
- 1/2 coriander chopped
- 3 Green chillies chopped
- 1 small piece ginger chopped
- 1/4 chopped coconut
- To Taste Salt
- 2 ghee
- 8-10 curry leaves
- For Raita :-
- 1 cup curd
- 2 grated cucumber
- 1/2 cup roasted coarsely ground peanut powder
- 2 tbsp palak green puree
- 1/4 cup pomegranate
- to taste Salt
- 1 tsp roasted jeera powder
- As required Phudina leaves for garnishing
Instructions to make to make Hariyali Veg Biryani
- Add ghee & Salt to cook soaked basmati rice


- For green puree grind all the ingredients in mixer grinder


- Heat a big pan and add ghee & lakhnvi saunf, when saunf crackles add curry leaves and all chopped vegetables



- Stir till vegetables are cooked add green puree and mix well

- Now add cooked rice and salt as per taste and mix well

- For raita mix all the ingredients in a bowl



- Raita is ready garnish with phudina leaves

- Hariyali veg Rice Biryani is ready to serve garnish with raita spring onion's flowers & garlic roasted Papad
