  2. 1 kg Basmati Rice

  4. 1 tbsp Garam masala
  5. 1 cup Oil
  6. Whole spices.Cinnamon, Clove, Cardamom, black cardamom,long, taz
  7. Onion - 3 sliced
  8. 2 Tsp Ginger paste -
  9. 2 Tsp Garlic paste -
  10. Green chilli - 2 nos slit
  11. 2 Tsp Salt -
  12. 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder -
  13. 2 tbsp Coriander powder
  14. 3 Tbsp Chilli powder -
  15. 2/2 cup Curd -
  16. Aloo bhukara 7_8
  17. leaves Mint
  18. drops Rose water few

Instructions to make to make Chicken Biryani

  1. Soak basmati rice for 20 minutes.
  2. In a deep aluminum pot heat oil and add whole spices (cinnamon, clove, cardamom, black cardamom,long,green cardamom). Add onion and saute till it turns a brown colour.
  3. Now add the ginger paste, garlic paste, green chilli,salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder. garam masala, coriander powder,
  4. Curd Add the chicken pieces and mix well the masala.
  5. Add mint leaves. Close and cook for 10 minutes. now ready to chicken gravy.
  6. Now add soaked rice and water and Cook the rice until 3/4th done. Finally, add 4tbsp oil, mint leaves, and rose water and jayfal jawatri green cardamom powder.
  7. And coverd l the pot. Dum cook for 25 minutes on medium flame.
    After 25 minutes turn off the stove and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  8. Chicken Biryani is ready. Serve hot with salad & raita.
